Lately, I have been using my instant pot to make veggie stock instead of on the stove in a stock pot. It’s faster and easier-one of those set it and forget it processes that I love. And because it uses less electricity due to the reduced cooking time, it’s even more frugal.Â
I continue to do a happy dance every time I make veggie stock. So, I’m getting exercise while I cook!Â
